The place where the girl was found is pretty high in prostitution, behind there is a hotel, could be that the insident happend there.

Whats interesting about this video is that she has multiple opportunities to make that right turn.
But she takes quite a while doing so and in facts misses a few great opportunities. Its in my opinion that there could be possibly someone in the vehicle at this point and is make their demands to her. He was probably hiding in the backseat and somehow gotten in while she was at the salon.

I,like thousands of others, were devastated by this tragic story. My heart broke and I wanted to reach out. I saw a Memorial Fund that was established and donors were encouraged to send financial relief there. Being wary of “Memorial Funds” I was so glad to see that someone posted that personal checks made out to Julie Pham would be given to her directly by AVTV in Falls Church. I sent a letter of encouragement and a check to that location. Now I read that it has been decided by the creators of the Memorial Fund that all funds received – that exceed the funeral and burial expenses – will be used to set up a scholarship for a deserving student! Wait! What about the $40,000 tuition debt incurred by the mother of the very person for whom the money was intended? So if they collect $100,000 only the $10-12,000 cost of funeral and burial will benfit the Pham family?! The rest goes to the school fund? This is insanity. Every cent should go to the Pham family. I am sure that you will agree that the intentions of the people who gave were to give financial relief to Julie Pham.I am sure that what they are doing is LEGAL but highly deceptive and unethical.

Correction: That organization is VATV in Falls Church (not AVTV as previously indicated)
